Purchases from this site are considered final sale, with the following noted exceptions:
- Items damaged during shipping can be replaced at no additional cost to the buyer. Pictures of proof of damage to unused products can be forwarded within 72 hours to support@thecaribdiva.com.
- Due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis, there have been notable issues with ground shipping. We work with every carrier to ensure timely delivery of all products, but we are aware that mistakes happen. Items not received within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date shall be replaced at no additional cost to the buyer.

- Shipping is at a flat rate of $10 per order.
