The CaribDiva Shipping and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with The CaribDiva Company! All items ship within 5-7 business days of receipt of your order, at which time, an estimated delivery date and a tracking number will be provided to you.
Purchases from this site are considered final sale, with the following noted exceptions:
- Items damaged during shipping can be replaced at no additional cost to the buyer. Pictures of proof of damage to unused products can be forwarded within 72 hours to support@thecaribdiva.com.
- Due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis, there have been notable issues with ground shipping. We work with every carrier to ensure timely delivery of all products, but we are aware that mistakes happen. Items not received within 5 business days of the confirmed delivery date shall be replaced at no additional cost to the buyer.
- If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@thecaribdiva.com. Our dedicated sales team will work with you to help you receive a product that you are satisfied with!
- Shipping is at a flat rate of $10 per order.
Beverages are currently only available for shipping in the NY/NJ/CT/PA/DE area.
