Gabrielle Rogers is a passionate community advocate, leader, and lover of all things that empower women of color. Holding her Masters in Communication, Gabrielle works diligently in several civic organizations and boards in the DeKalb County area of Georgia, and is looking forward to bringing her bright light to herDIVASpot!

Kenya brought herself from teenage parenthood to a Masters in Public Administration. A case manager & substance abuse counselor, she is currently working on her own non profit with her youngest daughter, The Apple of Luv, providing support to young women, ages 10-17, going through puberty.

ShaVaughn is a creative healer whose work centers around sex education and advocacy for Black/Brown women & femme identifying persons. A writer & content creator, her work is inspired by her own experiences. A part of herDIVASpot from the beginning stages in 2012, we are excited to have her back!

Shavon St. Germain, wife, mother, and active entrepreneur, holds degrees in Audiology and Speech Pathology, and also operates a vibrant day care center! The author of Dear Daughters, Love Mom: Tools for Living Your Best Life is also a fellow graduate of African Womanhood is Mine, and is looking forward to giving back.

Shiyonne learned growing up first hand about the “village” raising a child. Born and raised in Guyana, she emigrated to Brooklyn, NY, as a teenager. Though she holds an MBA in Health Care Services, it was important to Shiyonne to continue to be the “village”.
